My Vision
It is capturing the unique character of the subject in an artwork that captivates viewers as the horse’s lifelike presence is immortalized in a pastel portrait artwork.
Using only the highest quality materials, the creation process starts with images of your horse from photos. From there I set out to create a true likeness, and everlasting pastel portrait of your horse. The portraits also make the perfect gift.
For the Love of Horses…
Immediately after graduating I moved to the University of Queensland to study Equine Studies, working as a groom/stablehand while I studied. I then began a role guiding horseback rides through Australian bush and beaches for many years before later pursuing my interest in classical dressage. In 2012, I started performance riding in El Caballo Blanco and completed an 8 month traveling tour showcasing magnificent Friesian and Andalusian stallions through classical dressage.
Since completing the tour with El Caballo Blanco, I have moved to Brisbane to focus on my own horses and creating custom horse portraits for clients worldwide. My background and experience in equestrian endeavors has allowed me to meet some incredible horses and people. It brings me great joy to be able to connect and immortalise these special animals in a portrait that captures their spirit for their owners to treasure and enjoy for many many years.
